What does OBW mean to you?:
One Blue Wall is a community in which students support one another as we pursue our creative interests. Our staff encourages the creation of meaningful student work in a productive manner, while still providing a friendly atmosphere that allows its members to comfortably share their work and original ideas. As I see it, this staff is the junction between creation and companionship. To be in OBW means to have both, and to me, that means the world.

Fun Fact:
When my parents were trying to come up with a name for me, my mom really wanted to give me an R name, but her suggestion to name me “Ryan” fell on deaf ears because my dad didn’t want his oldest daughter to have a traditionally male name. For a while, my mom wasn’t sure what else to name me… That was until a character in Law & Order: SVU had the *perfect* name. Of course, she also liked the meaning of my name (“little ruler” in Irish), but technically speaking, I’m named after a Law & Order character. Also, this character in particular was an entitled jerk and left a friend of hers to die, so there’s that.
